Invite DeveloperConfiguring Paypal does requires an a amount of work you may wish to delegate to your developer.
The below sequences initiate an invitation to allow your developer to access your account.

Login to your Paypal Account |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Login to your Paypal account and click the blue circle at upper right then click Settings. (circled in red)
The uppermost circle (the unmarked blue circle with your initials in it) Click that then that shows the popdown menu with the marked link to Settings.
Or another way: Once logged in copy and paste this link into your browser address bar:
https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/account/accountAccess
This will bring you to the below screen in the tutorial. |
Click Manage Users |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click on Manage Users. (Circled) |
Click the blue Add User |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click Add User. (in blue) |
Pick a User Type |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click on the Developer area, then click Continue. |
Invite Developer |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Enter your developer's email adress making sure it is typed correctly with no leading spaces.
Check the circled checkbox and click Invite (at bottom in blue) |
