Invite DeveloperConfiguring Paypal does requires an a amount of work you may wish to delegate to your developer.
The below sequences initiate an invitation to allow your developer to access your account.

Login to your Paypal Account |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Login to your Paypal account and click the blue circle at upper left then click Settings. (circled) |
Click Manage Users |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click on Manage Users. (Circled) |
Click the blue Add User |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click Add User. (in blue) |
Pick a User Type |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Click on the Developer area, then click Continue. |
Invite Developer |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. |
Enter your developer's email adress making sure it is typed correctly with no leading spaces.
Check the circled checkbox and click Invite (at bottom in blue) |
