API Access PermissionsThis sequence is to make sure the App created at the Developer website is recognized at your regular Paypal Business account.

Click Settings off Paypal Homepage |  | | | Click on Image to Expand | Log into your Paypal business account. Find the blue circle at upper right and click Settings.

Account Access |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. | Next to API Access click the circled word Update. |
Select Rest API Integrations |  | | | Click on Image to Expand | Click Rest API Integrations at bottom center. |
Rest API Apps |  | | | Click on Image to Expand. | On this page, verify that your named app is listed (arrow)
Then click on the circled View Permissions. |
API Permissions |  | | | Click on image to Expand. | Verify in the circled Paypal Payments row and the green circled check mark under Live. |
