API-KeysAPI Keys are what we use to talk to your Stripe account in order to use their Sandbox-testing or Live environment to place website credit card orders.
Configure, View and control your Stripe API Keys.

Once logged and on the Sandbox dashboard landing page.
See the API Keys dialog area at right.
Click Go To API Keys. |

View and copy to clipboard your API keys.
In this section we are going to create a "Restricted" key.
Click Create Restricted Key. |

In order to help define your use restricted key a couple of questions are asked.
Click on "Powering an integration You built".
Click on "Continue". |

Further input to define a template.
Check next to "One-time payments" and click "Continue". |
Give Key a Name |  | | | Click image to expand |
Give the to be created Restricted Key a name.
Then scroll the long page of pre-filled options that delineate the one and many services Stripe offers.
Then (not pictured) click Continue at bottom. |

Your new key should appear under the Restricted Key list.
Hover over the text click and copy it to clipboard and then it can be entered onto your website. (or send to us if in need of additional support)
This and the Publishable key from the Standard keys section constitute the pair of keys needed to access Stripe's API based payment processing.
Keep these safe and do not share them with anyone.
