Grey edit and save buttons
In the edit interface some forms require that the "edit" or "delete" buttons are at the bottom of the screen. Be sure to scroll down to see the entire administrative screen. This is true when administrating in Lists or Users.
Finding your orders
Just login to your site and find the orders icon at the far left. Click on it and it should take you to the orders page from where you can click on each entry to bring up an individual order.
Full Control
DELETED orders are purged from the system. There is no storing of deleted orders so you can be sure they are not accumulating in some folder on the server.
Secure Link, Secure Storage
Web based administration of orders is over secure socket channel. Information in transit is encrypted with the same (SSL) security that safeguards credit card transmissions. Server-side data is encrypted and stored so that it is likewise rendered unreadable.
Secure Server
The webserver that your website resides on is hardened aginst intrusions. It is highly unlikely there will be any intrusion but in the rare chance that there is, all your website information is hashed directly on the server.
