Seperate In-Boxes |  | | Click To Expand | In Outlook 2000 Under Tools / Organize is the ability to specify a rule that processes email as it's received into a different folder.
See the attached screenshot. Basically you want to create a new folder (which you can also do under tools/organize) then specify that messages "sent to" one of the account addresses be put in a different folder. I just tried it and it seems to work. Outlook 2002 might be a little different but the idea is the same. This is the same rules processing that allows you to send certain emails based on subject or content or from a particular address to a particular email account. Usually a Spam folder but intended to sort and organize projects.
