Notes for on the Road | | | Office & Road Email Shortcuts:
1. Receiving Mail: Set Outlook or your email program to use "IMAP or POP3". (IMAP is an upgrade to POP3.)
2. Sending Mail: When SMTP connecting to mail.iacl.com: Set Outlook or your email program to use port 366. Be sure to specify mail.smtpmailserver.com as your SMTP server.
3. Quick View Mail: As long as you are connected to the Internet you can web mail login at: http://webmail.webserver.org (use: username@mail.mailserver.com and password) to view messages and send new email.
4. Office Admin Access: http://mail.mailserver.com:32000/admin/ (account username and password are needed) The "Mailbox" button in the middle of the first panel will show all the mail. You can read and/or delete messages in any account inbox. Note: this is only an admin area, not a webmail program. You can not send mail from here. It is useful when on the road connected through a poor connection or there are big attachments or bad email preventing you from viewing all your mail.
