In Icewarp we address multi-factor authentication based logins with an APP that is downloaded and installed on your phone device.
This APP (Icewarp Authenticator) is downloaded on your device playstore and will provide a code to enter as a security challenge when logging into your Icewarp webmail account.
Step 1 In the webmail interface, under the silhouetted face at top right click and select 2-Step Authentication.
Step 2 Choose Icewarp Authenticator Choice and Click Next.
Step 3 Select Phone type (Android or Iphone) and Click Next.
Step 4 In your phone's playstore search for Icewarp Authenticator download, Install and Open.
Step 5 Scan the QR code from Step 3. and Click Next
Step 6 The APP will display a code. Enter that and the account password to verify. Click Next.
Step 7 The success screen will say "Activated". Click Done.
To test: Log-off of your webmail account then log back in. You will be prompted to enter the code that displays on your device's "Authenticator" APP to complete login to you webmail account.
