For SMTP it requires "Authentication" and the credentials are the same as above.
Account "Persona" Creation: In Outlook, at account creation time (a one time option) to select IMAP over POP3. IMAP creates the "Spam" folder automatically. Otherwise POP3 will work but then any spam shows up as [S] in inbox and further steps of configuring outlook to a create a folder called Spam and a defined rule to send [S] in the subject there.
If this is the 2nd "persona" being applied please note Outlook has a tendency to default to using the original persona's SMTP credentials. This will cause Outlook to fail in sending messages.

Firewall or Router Note. Port 366 may need to be Opened at the location's firewall or router device. A quick test is "telnet mail.litchfieldwebservices.com 366 in a command prompt or type: telnet://mail.litchfieldwebservices.com:366. If this is entered into Firefox or IE it will open a window that says: "220 I am a business account server. Please do not send us unsolicited or bulk mail. Thank you and enjoy your stay." Hit enter three times to close the box. If seen this clears any local firewall thought and the problem is in Outlook.
