Managing UsersUsers can be imported and exported to CSV. (comma seperated values). Users can have access to edit their own profiles. Users can be assigned to a group. (Group access rights assignment is set by going to the top page the group will have access to and using the security button to assign appropriate view, list, edit, create, delete subpage.)
As well as the usual contact information, each user profile can be assigned up to 9 additional Field Names. In total, up to 22 pieces of information can be associated to a user, First name, last name, userid, password, email address, website URL, company, telephone, fax, address, city, state, zip code as well a 9 more that you define.
A self contained environment, whether building from scratch or importing an existing database, the system is meant to allow import and subsequent maintenance of the database in the iG system to include bot central administration and distributed update of users database.
